On behalf of the Planning Committee, I cordially invite you to attend the Fourteenth American Conference on Pharmacometrics (ACoP14) to be hosted from November 5-8, 2023 at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center in National Harbor, Maryland, USA.
The theme of ACoP14 is “Innovation & Diversity: Redefining Pharmacometrics”. This theme was inspired by the extraordinary advancement made in the field of Pharmacometrics (PMX), the diverse and successful applications of PMX in countless therapeutic areas, and its multidisciplinary approaches to support drug discovery and development that yield shared decision making between individuals with different expertise. Our theme aligns with ISoP’s vision to promote and advance the discipline of PMX and broaden its impact. It also embraces the pillars of our 5-year strategic plan: Scientific Expertise and Innovation, Influence, Education, Tools and Resources, and Internationalization.
ACoP14 will feature numerous original scientific sessions, poster presentations, ACoP and ISoP awards, events hosted by special interest groups (SIGs), dedicated activities for students and trainees, various tutorials, vendor-sponsored workshops, as well as ample opportunities for networking and socializing. New this year, there will be a session on the theme of the ACoP14 in accordance with ISoP’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Also, on a very popular demand by ACoP attendees we are maintaining the Innovative Communication Challenge by the Students and Trainees.
The call for Scientific Proposals is now open! Our Scientific Programming Committee, chaired by Eric Sobie, PhD, is already planning for an exceptional series of sessions consistent with our conference theme, and will soon be confronted to the thrilling task of evaluating and selecting from many outstanding proposals submitted by our members, SIGs, students and trainees, networks and committees. I encourage you to submit your proposals and share how your work is innovative and impactful, diverse and inclusive, thus contributing to shaping a new era by redefining Pharmacometrics. Look out for our call for programming email with more information!l
The Planning Committee will be posting regular updates on this site to keep you informed. Please stop back periodically.
I look forward to seeing you at ACoP14!
